Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.


Order Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed and delivered within a total estimated timeframe of 7–14 business days, which includes both order processing and transit time.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@sweettailz.com with the subject line “CHANGE ORDER”. Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sweettailz is committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is lost before being marked as delivered, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
  • Delivered but Missing: Once marked as “Delivered” by the courier, the delivery is considered complete. If you cannot find it, contact us immediately to open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Security: We recommend a secure delivery location. Sweettailz is not responsible for packages stolen from your property after a confirmed delivery. Each case is reviewed individually in cooperation with the carrier.
